I ordered a Christmas bouquet for my Grandparents in Cedar Lake. They have been RAVING about the flowers all day. The delivery on Christmas Eve day was timed just right so that the flowers bloomed and opened a few hours after delivery. They keep commenting on how unique all the flowers are and how big the arrangement is. They have been looking up the names of the flowers they are not familiar with, and are so thrilled to learn about the new flowers. I am incredibly happy with the service Petals provided. I will be using them in the future!
2022 edit: I used Petals again for a Christmas bouquet and they knocked this one out of the park too! I live in California and placed my order at a distance, asking the designer to pick whatever they thought looked good. Well this time they included PINE CONES and an ornament, and my grandparents are over the moon! They also mention how the flowers from Petals always last a long time, and the bouquet even looks good as the flowers start to wilt and dry. My grandpa also said the delivery driver was very helpful in getting the flowers into the house, and gave some tips for acclimating the flowers to their home. This shop is amazing!
